Just Another Sunday Morning

While Daddy went for his morning run (our house to the Ferry Building!), Ronan and Mama spent Sunday morning doing -- what else? -- playing music and doing a Ronan/Mama photo shoot. It was the perfect, lazy beginning to a Sunday filled with carousel fun and entertaining Papa Jack and his good friend Don. Ronan had a blast with our guests!

Whenever it's "fire engine time," "fixing time," "train time," or "building time," it's high time for the fireman's hat!


He had lengthy (and, from the look on his face, serious) conversations with other firemen this morning, talking about rescuing people from the fires and bringing out the hoses...


And then it was music time! Ronan's now trying to play multiple instruments at once, like, say, his trumpet and his piano, or his guitar and the drums. When playing trumpet he sticks the whole mouthpiece in his mouth and blows his heart out. Pursing one's lips against the mouthpiece is hard!


And everything ends with self-congratulatory applause - of course!!!
