April in Palo Alto

Tired Prince

Ronan and Daddy at home

Ronan at the gardens across the street from our house. He is always in search of a good stick, which he turns into swords, axes, leaf blowers, and fishing poles, among other things. His preschool has noted his very active imagination!

There is a cute, small children's zoo in walking distance. Ronan often covers his ears when he's scared, and things like thunder ("thumber"), large animals (elephants), and prowling animals (like the bobcat he's looking at) scare him.

Ronan's favorite playground is about four blocks from our house and has a big train structure in addition to the usual slides and swings. Here's our little prince going down the slide, wearing his lucky Irish shirt from Auntie Kristine!
